Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please email us at care@creemoda.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Required:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Note: Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product.
  • Product must be unused, with original packaging and tags
  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply

Not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds

  • Processed within 7 business days after product inspection
  • Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method

Order Cancellation

  • Before shipping: Cancel within 1 hours for full refund
  • After shipping: Refuse delivery; shipping charges are non-refundable

    Orders once placed are considered FINAL.
